Maintenance Intervals:
The maintenance intervals are dependent on riding style and geographical location.
After every ride: Wipe dust and dirt from the seatpost, focusing on the seal area and the tip of the coil spring. Check the seatpost for any damage.
Every 150-175 hours of riding time: Lubricate the internal components by unscrewing the collar, use coil-specific grease (never oil!) up to the sleeve under the collar and reassemble. Check screw connections for the specified torques.
450+ hours riding time: Check seatpost and replace internal components if necessary.
